From 2013 To 2025

Since our 2013 launch as ONTRACK, we've invested over $10 Million to empower more than 30,000 students across 36 states, evolving into the comprehensive ONTRACK Plus platform. Working closely with federal TRIO programs, schools, and community organizations, we've expanded our reach and impact.

The ONTRACK Plus Journey

ONTRACK Plus is a FREE online platform designed to empower high school students with the tools, resources, and mentoring they need to navigate their personalized pathways to success. ONTRACK Plus is offered at NO COST, thanks to the generous support of The Uncommon Individual Foundation, founded in 1986 by Dr. Richard E. Caruso.

The son of Italian immigrant parents, Caruso grew up with little money and few options for a future. The mentors in his life encouraged him to go to college, making him the first in his family to graduate from university, earn his Master's and Ph.D.

Dr. Caruso achieved great success as an entrepreneur and garnered many accolades. By supporting ONTRACK Plus , UIF continues Dr. Caruso's mentoring legacy of fostering innovation and empowering students to achieve their dreams through accessible education.
